Finding Homes That Are "Just Listed"
October 24th, 2007 6:13 PM

You’ve seen television ads touting the ability to give you homes that are “just listed”. Through their web site you can get all the homes that have just come on the market.

You will also be contacted by a real estate agent that you don’t know—someone who has paid for the leads generated by that web site. The web site that’s advertised, in trying to sign up local agents boasts that it can help those agents “build relationships with hundreds of buyers at a time with minimal effort”.

There is a better way to get something even better.

You can get that information about homes that are “just listed” with these differences:

1. You get to work with someone you know and trust, not just someone who paid that online company for leads.
2. You get homes that are truly “just listed” and those that have price reductions, and not those that have been on the market for a long time, but have been “refreshed” to make them look as if they are new listings.
3. You can also get an email of the full MLS page, not just the limited information available on the public sites.
4. And, you can even get an email of the extra photos that the listing broker has entered in the MLS.

How do you get all this?

Through my website, of course. You’d expect me to say that. But , you also get me working with you in the personalized service required for each of the differences above.

Call me at 303-284-3609 or email me at rudyantle@msn.com.  I'll tell you all about it.
